CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION – RETURN POLICY

GENERAL

By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract.

Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant regulations.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If delivery is not made within this period, the contract may be terminated.

The product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the order, and accompanied by a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.

If the product cannot be supplied, the buyer must be notified within 3 days, and the payment must be refunded within 14 days.

IF PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT MADE

If the buyer fails to make payment or if the payment is canceled, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is terminated.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE

If, after delivery, it is determined that the purchase was made through unauthorized card use and payment cannot be collected, the product must be returned within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the buyer.

DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, the situation will be communicated to the buyer. The buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or choose to wait.

If payment was made in cash, a refund will be issued within 14 days. For credit card payments, refunds will be made to the bank, which may reflect the amount to the buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. If the product is damaged, a report must be filed with the courier company. Products accepted without such a report are considered undamaged and properly delivered.

If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with its invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In service contracts, the withdrawal period begins with the signing of the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has commenced.

All costs arising from the withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer.

Notification must be made in writing to the seller within 14 days, and the product must be unused.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RETURN CONDITIONS

After the withdrawal notice is received, payment and documents will be refunded within 10 days, and the product will be collected within 20 days.

The buyer is responsible for damages resulting from misuse. The buyer is not responsible for defects arising from proper use.

If a campaign or discount was applied and the return causes the total amount to fall below the campaign threshold, the discount will be canceled.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR WITHDRAWN

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made products, items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons, unsealed products, electronic services, or digital content.

Likewise, cosmetics, software, CDs/DVDs, or other items whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.

DEFAULT SITUATION

If a buyer defaults on a credit card payment, the bank may charge interest and expenses. The buyer is responsible for all losses and damages resulting from the delay.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payments can be made by bank transfer or EFT.

Online payment and installment options are available.

At the end of the order, the total amount will be charged to the buyer’s credit card.
