ProEtch Etching Gel

Promida ProEtch is an acid gel containing 37% phosphoric acid used in dentistry to prepare enamel and dentine surfaces. Applied using the total etch technique, this product provides easy visibility on the surface thanks to its blue colour and offers ease of use with its suitable consistency.

Instructions for Use

During the preparation stage for composite restorations, the cavity should first be cleaned and dried. The acid gel should then be applied to the enamel and dentine surfaces and left for 15-20 seconds. After application, the acid gel should be thoroughly rinsed for at least 5 seconds and the preparation surface should be gently air-dried to remove excess water. In the presence of fluoridated enamel, these steps may need to be repeated.
