Indications / Applications Used as a solvent when gutta-percha needs to be removed after root canal treatment. Instructions for Use Apply a few drops of Progsolv onto a cotton pellet. Place the cotton pellet in the pulp chamber containing the gutta-percha to be removed. After 5–10 seconds, remove the pellet. The gutta-percha can then be easily removed. Contraindications Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the product. Side Effects If the solution leaks onto soft tissues such as the gums, it may cause irritation. Warnings In case of contact with eyes, skin, or mucosa, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Use a rubber dam to prevent contact with mucous membranes.
